How it started…
In 2015, while Karly Vincent was still an Apprentice, she came up with the idea of a Suki’s Charity Night; where hairdressers from around the city would share ideas with each other while raising money for charity. Our Operations Manager, Britney Reid, transformed our Charity Nights into the Suki’s Socials and Expos, and the idea has continued to expand. We have now hosted award winning hairdressers from Europe, all across Canada and the United States and recently won the John Steinberg Award for Community Service at the Contessas. We have proudly raised over $35,000.00 so far!
